Well, Tony Moly happens to have a product which can give you just that! Presenting, the Tony Moly Ice Queen Multi Play Cream SPF30 PA++.
The label says this: "Icy cool and soft creamy touch product with excellent skin smoothing effect and perfect skin barrier power."

Tony Moly was one of the stores I visited in Seoul during my trip and I was impressed by their product selection. They have great skin care products aside from cosmetics and the like.
Anyhow, this cream offers a great way to prepare your skin for makeup while moisturizing your face with a very lightweight formula that absorbs easily and the added benefit of SPF 30 especially during summer! Cool noh?
Now on to the review.
Me Says:
- Easily absorbed by the skin
- SPF 30 is a pretty decent protection against harmful rays
- Acts as primer/ base and SFP in one
- A pea size is enough to cover your face as this one has very thick consistency
- A vanilla-like scent cream? This is your bet
- Foundation glides smoothly after applicaton
Dislikes:
- May not suit you if you have oily skin
- Does not conceal if you have large pores
Overall Verdict:
4.0 Lipsticks
If you have dry skin, I think this will suit you perfectly. I still prefer to use my usual primer from NYX which I reviewed here and apply my SPF separately. But if you are on the go or for cooler months, I think this is just perfect.
I am still on the lookout of the best primer/ base + SPF in one!

Buy Again? Because it does not work for my oily skin, I am going to pass up. But if you have dry skin, come on, don't tell me you are not going to get this because this is a good buy.
