REVISITED | 4U2 Dream Girl Reflections Eye Shadow Quattro

June 04, 2012

I love small and cutie eyeshadow palettes! It always fascinates me how I can throw them away in my bag without feeling guilty how much weight I put on in my bag.

One of those cutie patootie palettes is this: 4U2 Dream Girl Reflections Eye Shadow Quattro (Php 194+, SM Makati, Watson's, etc.). I've been seeing their eye colors being so pigmented so I was excited to try their products. These products are made in Thailand so expect that quality is not so-so. I've had other products made in Thailand and I pretty much had good luck on them.

Now, let's check what to love and what's not on this baby.

Me Says:
  • Four gorgeous shades though not labeled, in my own version I can try to elaborate (peachy, mauve-y, pink-y, white-y?)
  • Comes with a mirror
  • Very pigmented and even colors come out more beautifully when you use primer
  • Wearable colors anytime of the day; not powdery for my taste
  • So small (love, love, love!)
  • Inexpensive
Dislikes:
  • No brush (you need to bring extra brush to apply this though it doesn't bother me)
Overall Verdict:

4.5 Lipsticks

I think this is a good and inexpensive four-color palette to start your journey into Eye Shadow 101. The colors are not loud, and instead warm, subtle and yet buildable. You can go from daytime (pink) to night time (mauve).

Buy Again: YES! I am excited to try other shades!

Love,
Miss J

  2. Hello Hazel-- yes it's such a cutie.. Actually for Php 194 I find it pricey but only because I am trying to be "kuripot" these days, blah! Hahaha.. But it's all IMHO:)
