REVISITED | Revlon PhotoReady Perfecting Primer

June 17, 2012

Primers are heaven sent for oily-skinned ladies like me because it prolongs my makeup longer than usual. I have always been on the lookout of primers which are not silicone-based and luckily, I found the Revlon PhotoReady Perfecting Primer.

I bought this primer from a Multiply seller for Php 550.00-- not bad IMHO. I don't have any idea how much it costs in Revlon counters so please forgive me:)

Product Description:

Lightweight primer smoothes and softens skin to create the perfect canvas. Reduces the appearance of pores and fine lines. Wear alone or under foundation.

Me Says:
  • Feels light on my skin
  • Can be applied alone or with makeup
  • The pump is excellent way to dispense the right amount of product
  • Very nice packaging
  • Makes my pores look smaller
  • Foundation stayed on me for reasonable 5 hours
Dislikes:
  • Made my skin "dewy" only after few hours (I prefer my makeup to be "matte")
Overall Verdict:

4.00 Lipsticks

I like this primer more than my Urban Decay (not the eye primer) not to mention that this is pretty much cheaper than my Urban Decay. If you like your skin being dewy and all, I suggest you to grab this primer especially if you are not a fan of those which are silicone-based!

Buy Again: Yes, why not.

Love,
Miss J
