Good morning Tuesday! I am a little under the weather since last week and hopefully to feel better soon. Blame it on the weather here in sunny Manila. It's been crazy sun + rain and the cycle goes on:(

Anyhow, a friend asked me what are my fave lipsticks to date. And I feel obliged to respond through a blog post somehow.

Lipsticks are great to put some color in your face. It is an instant perk-me-up dose for most ladies out there! Typically, cooler tones ( blue) work better for fairer skin, and warmer tones (those closer to red and orange) work best for darker tones like most Asian skins.

Today, I am posting on my fave red lippies! After all, that's the reason why I named this blog in honor of my fave lip color-- RED! 

Red Lips are classic. Believe me.

So here are my top lipstick picks!

• Cover Girl - Continuous Color in Really Red

I love this color, does not smudge and the color stays on for hours. (Php 450+ or $ 10)

• Revlon Matte Lipstick in Really Red

One of  the very first matte red lipsticks I owned. For that classic red you've been wanting , this is just the shade for you. (Php 550 + or $ 11) ELF Lip Stain in Red Carpet

Is it a lipstick? Is it matte? It's a lip stain! Great color payoff, promise! Even my office friends think so too! (Php 250 or $5) Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in Empire Sunset

Very moisturizing, super pretty color. Note: The one I bought does not look like this packaging but  perhaps they have repackaged this product. (Php 300 or $6) And last but not the least........  MAC Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo

The perfect lipstick for that vintage-y look. This is a little pricier than the rest I posted here but  if you  want to maximize your moolah for something which works best and up for some little spending, this is your best bet.
