REVISITED | Wet 'n' Wild Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner Black 886

August 13, 2012

Hola Bellas! How is the weather treating all of you? In usually sunny Manila, unfortunately this morning it started raining again. There is a storm coming so hopefully everyone's going to be safe. Enough of this bad weather, eh?

Anyhow, since I started loving makeup, one of the last things I probably concentrated on was how to apply eyeliner. Such a shame because eyeliners are great to define your eyes and you should know how different your makeup can be when you know how to apply it.

I love cream liners too. They are very easy to apply and easy to correct. So my quest lead me in finding the  Wet 'n' Wild Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner Black 886.

Product Description:

The precision of a liquid liner with the ease of a cream application, this velvet-rich eyeliner provides long-lasting definition in a waterproof formula. Easy-to-use brush included.

Me Says:
  • Very pigmented
  • Smooth and opaque
  • Does not budge easily and lasts for 6- 8 hours
  • Inexpensive for Php 399
  • Respectable staying power in my lower lash line (though after 5 hours it does smudge a little because I have oily lids/ skin)
  • A lot of product is inside, it can take months before you can empty this
Dislikes:
  • The brush which comes with it is too thick
  • Packaging not too sturdy
Overall Verdict:

5 Lipsticks

The only weaknesses of this product are the packaging and the brush which comes with it but the product itself is superb. I use another brush when using this. I've read some bloggers comparing this to MAC Fluidline and to some of them, Wet N Wild beats the MAC!

This is the only eyeliner which I can apply in my lower lash line which stays put in a considerable amount of time.

TIP: You must close the container very tightly to ensure this will last in your stash.

Buy Again: Yes, Yes, Yes!

In the Philippines, Wet N Wild products are available at SM Department Store Makati, Manila, Fairview, Las Pinas, Mega A3 and Watsons Personal Care Store Gen Next Mall of Asia ( Ground Flr), Mega A3.

Love,
Miss J
