REVISITED | Missha All-Around Safe Block Pressed Sun Cream SPF50 / PA+++ Review

October 16, 2013

Yet another Korean product review, ladies!

Today, I am going to talk about the very first pressed cream I got from a Korean brand, Missha. I picked up a couple of Missha products in Seoul because they are waaaaay expensive here in sunny Manila than if you buy there. Aside from this product, I also picked up their famous BB cream!

The Missha All-Around Safe Block Pressed Sun Cream SPF50 / PA+++  is basically a powdered sunblock. Yup, if you are used to liquid sunblock, then this is something you might want to check especially if you have oily skin.

The Missha All-Around Safe Block Pressed Sun Cream SPF50 / PA+++ is priced at 19,000 Korean Won (around Php 760.00). The texture of this powder is fine and sheer. I got the #2 shade for medium to dark skin tones. It is lightweight overall and has tiny shimmers on it however, this is not something you would bother as they are almost invisible. The coverage is sheer to medium but #2 I think is still light for me.

Also, I use a large powder brush to apply this. The product comes with sponge inside but then it doesn’t pick up the product very well. It has a decent staying power but as long as you wear primer underneath, this works best.

Me Says:

-          SPF 50 is the bomb!
- Best to use as a setting powder after your fave BB cream or tinted moisturizer

-          Sheer, glowing finish

-          Reasonably priced

-          Sheer to medium coverage

Dislikes:

-          The sponge doesn’t work

-          Only two shades are available (Light and Medium)

Overall Verdict:

4.00 Lipsticks

Buy Again: If this is going to be available here, yes I might just do it.
