REVISITED | Bloom Mineral Plus Liquid Foundation Review
October 03, 2013Let me go through my final thoughts right away just for a change: I really like this foundation!
Yes, I really do.
Bloom Mineral Plus Liquid Foundation in Medium/ Dark shade blends really well into my skin. I am impressed because my skin absorbs this foundation so easily and turns into a semi matte finish. And no, it doesn't feel like a mask like other foundations. If you have dry skin, you won't need to set it with powder. If have combination to oily skin, yes you might want to set it with your fave powder. This product is yellow based which would suit most Asian skin tones. It also boasts that it has no parabens, no talc, no artificial colourants and no mineral oil.
Bloom Mineral Plus Liquid Foundation has medium to full coverage, that's awesome if you know what I mean. It does not feel heavy. I would describe it as if you are wearing a tinted moisturizer. It does have sunscreen but may not be enough to protect you all day but I personally use a separate SPF under my makeup. I think the only cons would be the price tag for Php 1,600 (US$38.00). This is available at Beauty Bar stores here in the Philippines.

I don't have much mineral foundations so this could be a plus I guess. This product is made in Australia so perhaps that explains the price here in the Philippines. I suggest wear this under your fave primer to keep the foundation well put and make it stay longer.
