I had trouble mastering eyeliners when I started
applying makeup. Of course the hardest for me was how to perfect the brows! I
love well defined brows versus eye shadow application. But since this post is
about eyeliner, then allow me to review the Styli- Style Liquid Liner in
Blackest Black.
Okay, the good thing about this is that I didn’t pay as much
as I should. I picked this up on sale for Php 150.00 at Beauty Bar. Please note
though that not all Beauty Bars are on sale everytime. I think it depends on
which branch you would go. Mine was from the Robinson’s Place in Ermita.
